PROPERTY SALE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2: PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.2 Lead-Based Paint. For properties built before 1978, Seller has provided required lead-based paint disclosures and Buyer has received the EPA pamphlet.

ARTICLE 6: PROPERTY CONDITION
6.1 Maintenance. Between execution of this Agreement and closing, Seller shall maintain the property in its current condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
6.2 Included Items. The following items are included in the sale:
