CONDOMINIUM RENTAL AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2: LEASE TERM

ARTICLE 3: RENT AND PAYMENT TERMS

7.2 Tenant's responsibilities:

c) Damage caused by Tenant or guests;

d) Prompt notification of needed repairs.



7.3 Emergency repairs may be made without prior notice. Non-emergency repairs require [Notice Period] hours advance notice.



ARTICLE 8: CONDOMINIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS



8.1 Tenant agrees to comply with all building rules, regulations, and bylaws established by the condominium association.



8.2 Quiet hours are from [Start Time] to [End Time] daily. Tenant must ensure activities do not disturb other residents.



8.3 Use of common areas and facilities is subject to building regulations and availability.



8.4 Violations of building rules may result in fines assessed by the condominium association, which shall be paid by [Tenant/Landlord].



ARTICLE 9: TERMINATION CONDITIONS



9.1 This lease may be terminated by either party with [Notice Period] days written notice.



9.2 Landlord may terminate immediately for:
