HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT

d) Snow removal and seasonal maintenance;

e) Damage caused by Tenant, occupants, or guests.



ARTICLE 8: PROPERTY CARE AND RESTRICTIONS



8.1 Tenant agrees to keep the property clean, sanitary, and in good condition.



8.2 Alterations, modifications, or improvements require written consent from the Landlord.



8.3 Smoking is [prohibited/allowed in designated areas] on the property.



8.4 Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate lease termination.



ARTICLE 9: LANDLORD ACCESS
