ARTICLE 7: DEFAULT AND REMEDIES

7.2 Remedies for Buyer's Default:

ARTICLE 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 The Seller's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Buyer.

8.2 Neither Party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business.

ARTICLE 9: FORCE MAJEURE

9.1 Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
War, terrorism, civil unrest
Government actions or regulations
Strikes or labor disputes
Supply chain disruptions
Pandemics or epidemics
